SOGLBT is back at CSU! The Student Organization of Gays Lesbians Bisexuals and the Transgendered is once again a registered student organization at Colorado State University. Albeit we had a tough time getting organized this year, our new co-chairs and treasurer are more than eager to get the ball rolling so that SOGLBT has a strong presence for the remainder of this semester and next year.
About Us
SOGLBT has been in existence as a registered student organization at Colorado State University since 1973. Although we do have our hiccoughs, we are one of the premiere and most organized diversity groups on campus, having recieved many awards in the University's SOAR Awards.
Allies Welcome!
We are always accepting of our beloved allies, individuals that side with the LGBTQ rights movement that engage and comiserate with LGBTQ individuals.
Events
Starting March 26, we will hold general meetings every Wednesday evening at 6pm in the Lory Student Center, room number to be announced. We are eager to bring back quality programing that serves your needs.
We are also holding regular core-group meetings. At these meetings we handle the business side of SOGLBT, plan the general meetings, run our TBGLAD committee, and other responsibilities. All members are encouraged to participate in the core-group so that your voice in what SOGLBT does can be heard.
